loved the fact the pool has a cover so the children can play in any weather. we had a lovely refurbished room as well, it looks like they are refurbishing all of the rooms at the moment and they move your booking into one of the new rooms where possible! the best part of all was the waiter Akram! what a gentleman. he could not do enough for you. so genuine and kind and considerate. his mother raised him very well and she should be proud! my kids absolutely adored him and said he deserves a big pay rise!!

This hotel is such good value for money and we are surprised it isn't 5 stars! The room was exceptional, the breakfast was superb and the swimming pool is great too. We ate at the restaurant twice for evening meals as we enjoyed the food and wine so much. The location is excellent and perfect for use as a stopover when travelling further south like we were.

This is a really great hotel. The staff is very kind and professional, the facilities were really exceptional. Food at the restaurant was unique and the garden around it to die for! The parking is big with tesla chargers in the yard of the hotel. I really don't see what else can someone need from a hotel at such a reasonable pricing.

The room was clean and spacious Bed was comfy You could use all the facilities without paying extra The swimming pool was open until 10 pm. So you could still enjoy it after a whole day in the city. We stayed here for the night while on the way to Bilbao
